How do I pay for my Order?

At Checkout you have the option of paying for your order via Payfast with your credit card, your Mobicred Account, Masterpass, Scode or Instant EFT.

Alternatively you can pay by EFT through your internet banking app directly to our bank. When making payment via EFT to our bank please ensure you use your order number and name as a reference and email through to hello@tootsieandbeau.co.za

How do I buy with Mobicred?

You can apply online for a Mobicred account by clicking on the Mobicred link down below. Approval of your application is subject to Mobicred’s credit risk & affordability criteria, and in accordance with the National Credit Act responsible lending principles. All terms and conditions can be found on the Mobicred website. If you would like a Mobicred account you can apply for one by clicking on the Mobicred sign up at the bottom of the page.

Are my details safe when making payment?

All payments are made through the Payfast platform and no banking or card details are stored on our website. Payfast uses PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider – the highest security level possible to ensure safe online shopping. You can view their privacy policy here: https://www.payfast.co.za/privacy-policy/

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Tootsie and Beau manufacture and print items in small batches. All orders are produced once payment is cleared and take 3 to 4 days to produce. Once complete they get packaged up and courier will then collect. Delivery is usually between 3-4 working days. An email with your waybill number will be sent to you to track your parcel.

How much does shipping cost?

Tootsie & Beau charge a flat rate of R65.00 per parcel, this is only for delivery within South Africa. Parcels are delivered directly to your door.

If you spend more than R1000 on our website the shipping is free!

What is your return policy?

We are happy to do an exchange on a product when there is a defect. This needs to be done within 30 days of receipt, on condition that the item is still in the condition received and not worn or soiled. You would need to courier the item back to us after emailing to notify us. We will review each item before a decision is made to refund or exchange. There are no exchanges or refunds on personalized items.

Do you do corporate, bulk orders or custom designs?

We would love to assist you with any custom designs for any occasion. We also do corporate branding, corporate gifting and promotional items. Please email us on hello@tootsieandbeau.co.za with enquiries.
